For drawing and handling the piece, during the passages among the manufactures done with tool change machine. The valves comes out from the working island ready to be assembled, lapped and stocked in containers, complete with glaze, that has been realized inside the same island with a proper Robot. The valves are painted with an U.V. paint, that allows to polymerize in very short times, in order to accelerate the working cycle.
Performances:
  • 4 positions carousel for pieces movement; the stainless pieces-rack plateau, is installed on ball bearings.
  • Water Curtain Spraying Booth specifically devoted to the treatment of enamels; It is realized in stainless steel while the abatement system, obtained by full jet conic nozzles, guarantees an exhaust according to the existing norms
  • Anthropomorphous robot with 6 motion axes which are programmable with self-learning, point to point and Off-Line systems
  • Turntable device managed as a controlled axe and placed under the pieces to be enamelled

Automatic spraying line for paint application on TV cabinets with high standards of efficiency and reliability. The line has been properly developed in relation to the item dimensions that is a TV cabinet which requires a very careful finishing.
Performances:
  • the line is equipped with a diagnostic system able to signal the wrong functioning;
  • filtering systems in order to satisfy the most demanding customers;
  • conveying system in order to have only one piece in the painting booth. In this way the overspray produced by the spraying systems will not damage the pieces placed just before and after the working pieces;
  • painting pump system in order to maintain a constant delivery ;
  • use of a polymerization kiln which is more functional than a traditional one.
The proposed process is related to the application of siliconic coating on the metallic parts of fireplaces. This kind of plant includes peripheral devices such as turntables, additional axes for the robot motion, in order to grant the total coverage of the surfaces to be painted and control systems of the spraying parameters
