The latest supply of 2 new SACMI-Gaiotto GA2000 robots represents another step forward in the customer’s ambitious plan to upgrade its glazing department technology, thus increasing production capacity and benefitting from all the advantages of quality and repeatability of the process guaranteed by SACMI RobotGlaze.

The robots supplied feature the exclusive SACMI Mass Control® system for controlling temperature, viscosity, density and flowrate of the glaze, minimizing wastage and optimizing application to ensure that the glazed piece is manufactured to the highest levels of quality and repeatability. 

Thanks to the 2 new GA 2000, the number of SACMI glazing solutions running at the customer’s factory in Castel Sant’Elia (VT) – in the heart of the Civita Castellana sanitaryware production district – reaches a total of 7. With this latest investment Ceramica Globo recognizes its important long-standing partnership with SACMI and, in particular, the advantages offered by SACMI-Gaiotto, renowned throughout the globe for reliability, top performance and all-round customer service.
